Monograms N More does not have a catalog. However, we do have several on-line links to vendors who do have on-line catalogs. We are adding new things to our website so, please check back for updates.

Yes, our website uses industry standard encryption to provide security of your personal information. When you are in the checkout pages, you will see a locked padlock in the lower right side of your browser window indicating that you are communicating via a secure connection.

I left something off of my order. What should I do?

If you just placed an order, go ahead and place a new one for the items you forgot.  If the shipping address is the same when we process orders, we will combine the orders and consolidate the shipping charges. If you placed the orders several hours apart, e-mail or call us, and we will do our best to combine your orders to reduce shipping.

We try to have all of our gift items on hand so we can usually get your order out within 24 hours after you place it.

If we do not have your item, we have access to numerous apparel and other items.  We can order these and then customize.  This usually takes 4 -5 business days before we will get your item shipped to you.  We will contact you if this happens.

Yes, if you don't see the design you are looking for, then please feel free to browse through Dakota Collectibles with over 20,000 designs. We are licensed with Dakota Collectibles so you may not need to purchase the design. Please contact us for additional details. We also offer digitizing and creating vector art for your logo or design.

Yes. There are countless fonts available, however, not all of them are available for embroidery. If you find one, please let us know the name, and we will see if it is available. In some cases, we may need to purchase the font you requested. If that is the case, we will let you know before we purchase them..

No, we literally have hundreds of colors to choose from and will get as close to your color wanted as possible.

What type of thread do you use? Back to top

We use Madeira's 100% polyester embroidery thread, Polyneon.  It is constructed of a specially developed raw material which eliminates looping, puckering, and virtually all thread breaks.  Suitable for almost any application, Polyneon's unique formula makes this thread extremely durable and smooth running.  Vibrant colors, which are silky and luxurious, as well as resistant to chlorine bleach, make Polyneon the ideal thread for embroidering on uniforms, safety garments, and commercial linens.  Polyneon is available in 349 solid colors.  Click on chart to view.

What is a monogram?

A monogram uses your initials and places your Last Name in the middle as a focal point. 

 

 

·         For example, if the name you want to use is William Aaron Monogram, it is sewn as WMA.

 

 

·        A couple's monogram, usually the lady's name is first, last name in middle, and the man’s name last.
          For example: Shawna and Aaron Monogram would be SMA.

We offer FedExpress, UPS, and US Postal Service.  In the event that you request one carrier, and we can ship it faster and cheaper with the other carrier, we will contact you either via e-mail or phone call to discuss the options.  If you do take the other carrier, and it is a lower amount, we will refund you the difference once we have shipped your item.

We accept Master Card and VISA credit cards, local checks (with proper id), and money orders. 

  • Your on-line security is important to us.  We are in the process of upgrading our on-line security and have temporarily disabled on-line credit card purchases. There has not been any breach of security.  We are just being proactive.

  • We still accept credit cards when you call us. 

  • Thank you for your understanding.

For Money Orders, please send them to the address listed on your invoice at the time of checkout.  Again, orders will not ship until payment is in house.

 

 

Do you have a return policy?

Yes we do. Because our items are personalized, we can not accept returns unless it is something we did wrong.  In that case, we will be more then happy to fix the problem at no charge to our clients. 
 

Authorized returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form or number from Jamenlar Enterprises, LLC. Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price. Cancelled orders or returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.

Please make sure you double check your order before ordering!

 

Can you embroider other items that are not shown on the website?
